FulfillWay Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FulfillWay’s fulfillment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Services Overview

FulfillWay provides private fulfillment infrastructure for fashion and lightweight product brands scaling past 10+ daily orders. Services include:
  • Quality control (QC) inspection
  • Structured packaging and shipping
  • Order tracking dashboard
  • Refund risk reduction protocols

3. Account & Access

Clients must maintain secure access credentials. FulfillWay is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from client-side negligence.

4. Order Handling

All orders are processed based on client-supplied SKUs, packaging instructions, and carrier preferences. FulfillWay ensures:
  • 95%+ size accuracy
  • 99.2% on-time dispatch
  • 98% refund risk reduction

5. Payment & Billing

Clients agree to pay fulfillment fees as outlined in their onboarding agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Refunds & Disputes

FulfillWay does not issue refunds for services already rendered. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of order dispatch.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, dashboards, and operational flows provided by FulfillWay remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

FulfillWay is not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, due to carrier delays or client-side mislabeling.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. FulfillWay reserves the right to suspend service for breach of terms.

10. Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of FulfillWay services implies acceptance of the latest version.
